Dear users,

Firstly, I’d like to thank you for being a subscriber to the GROU.PS platform! My team and I strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and products, which means it’s very important to us to hear from every single customer. I’d just like to reach out and ask if you’d mind sharing a customer testimonial or comment you have when it comes to GROU.PS. As part of our Customer Retention project, we would like to create a new section on our homepage and put your words and testimonials in there and promote your site as well!

While you should contact Customer Support with any urgent or technical issues affecting your group (plans@groups-inc.com), I’d really love to hear just your general opinion and any other feedback you can offer about your experience as a customer so far. Hello

I really like the Groups social networking website, it is very easy to manage and has many useful options. My favorite are blogs and videos - they are very professional. The Groups customer support is good as well, Omer and Roberta are always helpful, greetings and have a good day.
It's good to be on Grou.ps. But For 1 Day my site is not accesible to any User Not even to me It Shows
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.friendsred.com/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

So what is the problem can you describe it? Even my I submitted premium ticket to you But no-reply has been from You. So what should i do now? reply fastly

Thanks for your message. Did you contact Customer Support on this? You can talk to an agent on Livechat as well
No i Sended them mail at premiumsupport@groups-inc.com. But didnt received any reply to yet!!! That's why i posted comment here.

I prefer GROU.PS to any other social networking platform providers because it gives you total control over the appearance of your group.

GROU.PS is different from every other social networking platform providers because it focuses more on social networking features (like that of Facebook) and doesn't limit you to only group collaboration features.

GROU.PS have made a lot of changes to my group (LAGbook.com) in many ways but most especially its new notification system has increased my group interaction by over 200%!

My most favorite app on GROU.PS is the "Chat" because its fast and efficient.

I have many flaws in my network www.motored.es
But the most worrying is that private messages do not reach the mail if they are registered members of facebook.
anyone know why?

i love groups administration.....its easiest and simple...just login as any other member in your group and access the site both as a member and as the administrator...cool !
Omer-Help me here...I am becoming increasingly frustrated with my new GROU.PS site. I had to armwrestle the icon for a member picture to be uploaded and then to show up. A third member has still not shown. Every time I try I have to reset the birthdate. My Flavicon suddenly showed up as the header logo. None of my 'edits' allow me to edit anything.

I have my site open on another window right now --- THE REPORT AN ISSUE BUTTON will not allow me to report an issue!!!!
I don't see a SUPPORT button on my site, and also cannot find a LIVE CHAT!
I started with you guys with the cheapest and most basic plan to test the waters- before I invest more, is this the best right now?
