Hey!
I emailed the sales team on the 'Contact Sales' page on the website on the 25th July 2014 concerning a unauthorised payment taken from my account by grou.ps. Two weeks went by with no reply so I decided to email them again asking what the hold up was and reminding them of the issue. It is now way over a month as you can see and I have had no reply or contact over this matter. It even took weeks for me to be accepted as a member on this network to post this as there's no other form of communication since I don't have 'Premium Support'. Does anyone know whats going on? Has sales contacted anyone else? Hopefully a member of Grou.ps staff can answer these questions because this is beyond ridiculous.

It seems all support is now not being handled by anyone but I am talking about the technical side. But I know they had a chat system for sales before. Have you tried that yet?
