I am wondering if other founders have found out that the technical support bug fixes lower your ticket count even though it still says in the Wiki/Knowledge base under Pricing FAQ the last item that Technical support tickets that require a bug fix will not lower your ticket count. It is now lowering your support ticket count and we were never told that the policy has changed plus the documentation for that still says otherwise. I would like all of us to question this since when Maria has started in Support she is not giving us that ticket back. Please tell her that the documentation says otherwise and maybe she will learn that the policy is still in effect for not lowering our ticket count for bug fixes. Thanks!

Still getting tickets deducted for a bug fix and would like others to make their voice heard if it is happening with their site also.

What do you mean Love Box? Is that specific to your own site as I do not know about anything called that. There is Love BUCKS but that has to do with the content on your page and is a 3rd party app. It has nothing to do with my topic here of being charged for tickets that are a bug fix which is in the Wiki saying they were not taken from the number of support tickets which occured when this new support rep was not educated about this issue.
