GROU.PS is looking for a "Customer Support Associate"

General Requirements

  • Strong skills in English, especially reading comprehension/writing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Above average computer knowledge
  • Attention to detail, ability to keep track of multiple tasks at once
  • Internet savvy, familiarity with online media like GROU.PS, Facebook, Wordpress, etc.
  • Experience in customer service/customer interaction a plus, but not required
  • Written Spanish skills a plus, but not required


Job Description:

GROU.PS is accepting interns to work in the Customer Support department. Our office is a fast-paced but fun, team-based environment in Levent, Istanbul, Turkey. As a Customer Support division associate with us, your responsibilities will include direct written interaction with some of the millions of people around the world who use GROU.PS. Duties will include using the ZenDesk online system to quickly respond to sales and support requests, providing live chat-based support to potential customers, filing bug reports with the GROU.PS technical team, and assisting the Director of Customer Support in reporting on sales and support goals and progress.
